Our Experience

Sage is a boutique, family owned, search firm. We specialize in the Post Acute/Senior Living space. It has always been the goal to be fully immersed in the industry, knowing that's the best way to get desired outcomes for both clients and candidates alike.

Our Experience

With over 10 years of experience in the Post Acute industry we pride ourselves on being able to indetify and deliver top talent quickly. The founder, Will Buck, was a Partner with a competing firm for years before branching off and starting Sage.

Hey there!

I am the founder of Sage Search Group. I fell in love with recruiting early on during one of my first searches. I had a DON opening I needed to fill. I hunted the best I could at that time and came across a candidate, who lived 5 miles from my clients facility. She was traveling over an hour to hers. Long story short, I helped guide her through the interview process, as well as my client to hiring her. She accepted the position! When I extended the offer to her she broke down into tears, thanking me, and expressed how big of a deal this was to her. It was in that moment I realized how much I can actually help people, and subsequently fell in love with recruiting. I try to carry that same spirit of being helpful into my work today over 10 years later.

When I'm not at my desk working I'm spending time with my family. Starting my own business has not just been about money, or pride of ownership. The biggest benefit and goal has always been to have more of a work life balance, and help raise my kids. I love what I do along with what this opportunity has afforded me, and for that I'll forever be grateful. Thank you to all the clients and candidates who have let me help along the way.
